Refund Policy
We want every Dreamland purchase to feel clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand before you buy.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final.
This includes downloadable guides, printable activities, journals, planners, templates, workbooks, and any other digital resources purchased through Ariyah’s Dreamland.
When Refunds May Be Considered
While digital product purchases are generally non-refundable, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited situations, including:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You purchased the wrong item and have not accessed or downloaded the product.
- There is a technical issue preventing access to the product and we are unable to resolve it.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Physical Books
Physical books are currently sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, and other book retailers.
Refunds, returns, shipping issues, damaged items, or order changes for physical books must be handled directly through the retailer where the purchase was made.

If you experience an issue with a digital product purchase, please contact us with your name, order email, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
